One of the most unique features are the Hot Seawater & Seaweed baths available here - this is one of Ireland's oldest Natural Therapies ... Simply must be tried. Seaweed baths have excellent healing and medicinal values which are ideal for recovery from sports activities, muscle or joint complaints and skin conditions. Also great for those of you who just want a treat for you and your skin! In our Wellness Centre we also offer other therapies including Physical Therapy, Physiotherapy, Massage & Beauty Therapy. These are often best enjoyed combined with a Hot Seawater & Seaweed bath. Contact us or call in to book a treatment or ask about our packages. Our Seaweed baths cost:
€35 for a private single suite

😃 Excitement is building for our Helvick Head Lifeboat Station Open Day this coming Sunday 9 November 😃

🦺The Station will be open between 11am and 5pm ⌚

🚶‍♂️Come and meet with our Volunteer Crew and Fundraisers for a chat and a tour of the Station while enjoying a cup of tea/coffee with us.🫖🍵

😊We would love to our welcome our Volunteers who assist with events throughout the year, our Sponsored Swimmers, Sponsors, Rib & Kayak Volunteers who help at the Annual Swim and anyone who has helped in anyway this year or if you simply have an interest in what we do.🚤

We will have a selection of RNLI Clothing and RNLI Merchandise and RNLI Christmas Cards available to purchase.

BBQ 1pm to 4pm🍔

The long awaited BBQ will take place between 1pm to 4pm.

4pm - Raffle 🎫

Raffle tickets purchased prior to the 30th Annual Sponsored Swim & BBQ (postponed) will be entered into the Raffle on Sunday. Tickets will be available to purchase on the day also and the Raffle will take place at 4pm.🤞

Back to normal today after a hectic and exciting few days.
Can't wait for the rest of the plans to kick in.
