As Fr Sean Sheehy continues to dominate headlines this week with his abhorrent views on contraception, abortion and homos*xuality we are thinking of the Kerry s*xual assault survivor who was forced to listen to Sheehy give a glowing character reference about her convicted s*x offender and watch him shake his hand. We are thinking of the pain and trauma that this week's headlines have had on the young woman attacked in Listowel in 2008 and we want to say you are not alone. We see you and we walk with you.

Really good article below explaining the benefits of EMDR therapy. It is without a doubt leading the field of psychotherapy in trauma treatment but can also be used for a host of other conditions such as depression,anxiety, phobias, PND, addictions, grief, eating disorders etc.
