Tonight was the beginning of our 5 Week Yoga & Mindfulness.

Beginners and Mixed level classes were slow and steady, focusing on the body without judgement. Practicing with a beginners mind allows curiosity and frees up space to move and grow.

It really was a lovely evening.

New 5 Week Course beginning next Thursday 16th.

Feedback from a complete beginner last month: "I was really nervous, I had never gone to a class before. The atmosphere is so inclusive. Best sleep I've ever had, so glad I joined".
