ANN PURCELL Birmingham, England passed away peacefully on December 26th, 2025, surrounded by her much loved family. She will be forever missed by her husband John, sons Mark, Noel and Jonathan, daughter-in-law Dena, sister Pauline and by her many other extended family and friends.

Maureen passed away suddenly but peacefully, in the loving care of her family, on Sunday, 11th January 2026, aged 42 years.

Beloved mother to Eva and Jarlath. Deeply regretted by her parents Mary and Pat Maguire, brothers Charles, Gerry, Damien and Aidan, her partner Aidan Scanlon, aunts Anne Conlon, Margaret Higgins, Patricia Noone and Mary Handy (Clara), uncle Oliver Maguire (Lanesboro), sisters-in-law Edel and Nadia, Eva’s father John Murphy, her cousins, nieces and nephews Amelia, Cian, Patrick, Nova and Sophie, her many friends, neighbours and work colleagues in Tesco Roscommon.

She is predeceased by her grandparents Charlie & Maureen Conlon and Eugene & Margaret Maguire.

He is pre-deceased by his parents Peter and Anne, and by his siblings Bridget, Pat, Mary, Peter, Tom, Rose and Anthony. He will be very sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

RICHARD (DICK) FLYNN Carrowmore House, Roscommon Town and formerly of 1 The Moorings, Malahide, Dublin and 15 Percy Street, Glasgow. December 27th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his loving and beloved wife Mary Feeley Flynn, and following the devoted care of the staff at Roscommon University Hospital.

Dick is predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (née Long). He will be forever missed by his son Roddy, daughter Kirstie, daughter-in-law Ciara Considine, son-in-law Brian McGovern, grandchildren Romy, Ava, Daniel and Marianne. Beloved wife of Brian (Bernard), cherished mother of Catríona and mother-in-law of Shane (Keating), adored nana of Kate and Jamie. Pre-deceased by her infant sons Joseph and Gerard, parents Barney and Kay Forde and sisters Beatrice, Marcena and Bernadette. Catherine will be greatly missed by her friends, relatives and all who loved her.
