Sally McConn (née Flynn) Wilson Close, Galway Road, Roscommon Town and formerly of Mount Talbot, Co Roscommon. November 28th, 2025. (Peacefully); in the devoted care of the staff at the Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Joe, grandson Paul, great-grandson Tadhg and by her 7 siblings.
She will be forever missed by her family – Ann Marie, Raymond, Patricia, Mary, Caroline, Joe and Jacinta, grandchildren Noel, Laura, Joey, David, Ciara, Joe, Aimée, Mark, Rachel, Aisling, Peter, Josh, Michelle, Sarah, Emma, Joe, Kevin, Liam, Ava, Jamie, Chloe, Katie and Ben, great-grandchildren Finn, Louis, Jack, Elsie, Fiadh, Teddy, Éala, Myla, Ailbhe, Caoimhe, Méabh, Ella, Enzo, Ada and Carla, sons-in-law Noel Cunniffe, Tom Maher, Declan Healy, Joe McNamara and Kevin Johnson, daughters-in-law Mary and Tanya, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many good friends.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon F42 NH27 on Sunday from 4 o’c until 6 o’c. Removal from her home on Monday morning at 10.45 o’c arriving (via Mount Talbot) to the Church of Christ the Good Shepherd, Four Roads F42 P681 for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30 o’c. Burial afterwards in Tisrara Cemetery.

Sally’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to all the carers, doctors and nurses who took such wonderful care of Sally during her illness. They would also like to acknowledge the incredible kindness shown to Sally and to them by the staff at the Galway Clinic and the Roscommon Hospice during her time there.
