Belfast, the culinary capital of The North, my destination last weekend. What a treat!! See Daisies, the ultimate chocolate cafe crammed with chocolate creations made from mood-enhancing organic raw cacao, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. Add the fluffiest homemade marshmallows into the mix and it is chocolate heaven! Followed by dinner at Roam with my besties of 30 years where we were treated to a meal of epic proportions! Fab cocktails, Kilkeel scallops, Iberian pork, venison saddle, aged beef served with an array of organic accompaniments and fine wines - a symphony for the tastebuds. And brunch then next day at Output on the Lisburn Road, which was lick-the-plate delicious! High 5 to Belfast - pure magic!
