We are back to our original time slots for the open gym membership, there will be space every hour we are open from 6am-10pm🥳

Lots of people have been asking, and so we are very happy to facilitate😇

If you want to train on your own and in your own time at a membership that’s very cost effective, then open gym is ideal👋

Since we’ve so much space and will never have huge numbers, you don’t have to share equipment or wait while someone else is using what you need🏋️‍♀️

Happy Friday all❤️

While we are all disappointed to close we most certainly aren’t feeling sorry for ourselves..

We’ve being super proactive as always-

All our clients are now setup ready to go for Monday to continue their training online for the next 6 weeks!

They could choose like lots to be frustrated and not do anything, but what would that achieve?

Nothing only more anxiety, loss of strength & fitness with lots of great work down the drain☹️

Everyone has a choice..

Either complain!

Or make best of a difficult situation and use the time very wisely!

Lucky our wonderful members are very wise😍

With our country set to have further restrictions we know the impact financially this will have on businesses...

The mental aspect unfortunately may be more critical...

Our members face uncertain times regarding todays decision, we believe facilities like ours are definitely an essential service and should be aloud to stay open!

Obviously we need to do our bit and make sure we deliver a service that not only helps people mentally & physically but more importantly can adhere quiet easily to government guidelines & HSE standards regarding personal space, equipment, controlled booking, specific numbers, facility protocols!

I’m happy to say we can and have already provided that service long before COVID ever came along!

Every facility needs to be able to stay open not because the gym down the street is, but rather they are able themselves to open as they can provide a safe space!

We are blessed with the biggest floor space gym in the county and are setup for private & semi-private coaching which again we did long before this virus started!

With that said I know I can stay open and really hope the government decide to see us and facilities like us as essential‼️
