What’s with all the salmon?

2. Vitamin D: Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin D. Vitamin D is important for women trying to conceive, as it can reduce luteal phase defect and increase progesterone levels.
3. Zinc: Zinc is an essential mineral required for the production of healthy s***m and eggs. Research has shown that zinc helps improve s***m motility and quality as well as reducing the instances of miscarriage.
4. Protein: Salmon is extremely rich in protein. Protein is important for the development of healthy embryos, as well as forming new cells. Inadequate protein can lead to problems with implantation and low birth weight.
