Thank you to everyone who joined our sellout cosy Winter Windowns over the winter🎇

Now it's time to move through the seasons with me💛

Introducing:

🌱Spring Reset🌱

I will be running a 3 part Spring Reset series. These will be 90 minute workshops. You can attend individually or all.

Each class will include breathwork, gentle yoga & stretching, core and pelvic floor connection with some pilates, restorative yoga and end in a long blissful relaxation🎇

Suitable for all. Ideal for absolute beginners, post partum, returning to exercise post injury/illness, those emerging from hibernation (of any length), or those just looking for a slower, deeper practice.

Hello 👋 A little life update from me❤️

This year I was diagnosed with several heart conditions. It's been a really tough time coming to terms this. At the moment there is still uncertainty surrounding one aspect of my condition, so I have been implanted with a device to help my doctors get those answers and an appropriate treatment plan in place. Until then, my symtoms are not under control.

I won't be back to teach vinyasa until my condition is more stable, but I’ll keep you all updated on when that may be.
I'll be hosting two more Yin & Restorative Workshops in the new year and would love to see you there! Details to follow. I have come to realise this is the yoga practice I need in this season of my life and I look forward to sharing more of it with you🌱

I will be teaching 2 exciting yoga workshops again this winter, 7th Nov & 5th Dec in Rush Community Centre:

✨❄Winter Windown - Candlelit Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop❄✨

These were a big hit last year and I am so excited to be bringing them to you again this year! The 2 classes will be different, but similar theme, so you can attend either or both.

🌈Throughout summer I am offering a class pass and drop in flexible booking system, so you don't have to let your summer plans get in the way of missing your yoga class! Link in bio to book🧘🏼‍♀️

🌊 *Beach Yoga* will continue throughout the summer *10am Saturday*, just past the lifeguard hut. Cost: €10, cash or revolut, no prebooking required!

🏖Beach Yoga is back🏖

🌊Classes will run weekly, 10am Saturday from this Saturday 18th May.

🌊Location: South Beach Rush, just beyond the lifeguard hut, where the big rocks are right beside the entrance to Sandy Lane

🌊Cost: €10 payable by cash or revolut. No prebooking required.

🌊Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, sunglasses/hat/suncream☀️

🌊Classes are weather permitting, will be cancelled if raining.
