Elizabeth (Betty) O’Brien, (née Reilly) (Summerhill, Dublin) –January 20th, 2026. Passed away peacefully at The Mater Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Paul (Polish) and cherished mother of Paul, Jacquline and Darren.

Sadly missed and forever remembered by all her loving family, sisters Sarah, Mago and Mary, brother Paddy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, daughters-in-law Jade and Lesley, son-in-law Mark, her adored grandchildren Robin, Abbey, Cass, Jackson, Roman, MJ, Ruben, Missey, Rylah and Rivera, and great-grandchildren Buddy and Austin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred of Ann Balmer (née Connell)
Donaghmede, Dublin.

Ann Balmer (née Connell) – (Donaghmede) passed away on the 11th January 2026 peacefully at Beaumont Hospital after a short illness.

Ann, beloved wife of the late Bobby, and cherished mother of Robert, Paul and Lisa.
Sadly, missed and remembered by all her loving family, son-in-law Martin, daughters-in-law Denise and Sue, her adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Marion Murray (née Mac Namee) (Sandyford and formerly of Deansgrange) – January 11th, 2026. Passed away peacefully at home while making a cup of tea with her family. Beloved wife of Aidan Murray, much-loved mother of Tara, Nadia and Abigail, cherished grandmother of Ceanna and predeceased by her loving sister Breda.

Sadly missed and remembered by all her loving family, brothers Desmond, Alan and Micháel, sisters Gillian and Bernadette, son-in-law Declan, Nadia’s fiancé Ezra and Abigail’s fiancé Darren, sister-in-law Dympna, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Syl (Sylvester) Mulvey (Shankill and formerly of Glencullen) – January 13th, 2026. Passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital and while surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Theresa Mulvey (née McDonald) and much-loved father of Carol, Gary, Alan and Mark.

Beloved daughter of the late Christy and Jane, cherished mother of Jamie-Lee, Max, Megan, Heidi, Phoenix-Lily and her Angel baby, much-loved sister of Christopher, Darren, Stephen, Lorraine, Karen, Amanda, Kelly, Jessica, Louise, Joanne and the late Jane.
