Yesterday, we celebrated the 13th anniversary of our business—and more importantly, we celebrated you. Every single person who walks through our doors to train Jiu Jitsu, practice Yoga , and be part of our community is the reason we are here today.

For the past 13 years, we’ve come together every December to simply say thank you, because none of this would be possible without you. Your trust, your dedication, and your support over the years mean more to us than words can truly express.

We are endlessly grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for being part of our journey for over a decade, and for allowing us to be part of yours.

Merry Christmas to you all, with so much love and appreciation. ❤️

A thought about the noise during your meditation or a yoga practice…

It’s easy to see noise as a distraction. If it’s something we can’t use or doesn’t make sense to us, we search our minds for a label to fit the uncooperative sound so we can deal with it accordingly. For example, while meditating, we may hear our neighbours’ dogs barking or a revving motorcycle passing by. It registers as noise in our ears, and then we get distracted and find ways to try to empty the mind so we can focus.
If you think about it, these “noises” that we hear during our meditation are just sounds. And sounds are a part of life. It lets you know you hear things well. So if you want to stay focused on your meditation, stop thinking that all the noise you hear is actually noise. Think of it as just sounds of normal, everyday life. Try it, and you’ll get a better experience.

Our calendar shows classes 1 week in advance.

Respect the Space! 3 no-shows and you’ll be temporarily locked out of booking that class.

Cancellation Heads Up! Need to cancel? Do it up to 1 hour before class or email info@yogalabdublin.com if it’s short notice.

Remember, timely cancellations credit your account for future bookings (if paid a drop in or 10/20 class pass)!

10 Class Pass Update! We’ve extended the expiry to 6 months (that’s €150 for 10 classes!).
Please note, there are no extensions or refunds for unused credits after 6 months.

No summary, no plans and no goals… for me it’s just a change in a date but I will stay the same !

There is one very important thing I want to do , is to thank you all . Everyone who comes in to the studio for practice, for exercise , for pause and rest and for laughs and community.

I want to thank you all 🙏

At the same time I wish to thank all the Yoga Lab teachers as non of it would ever be possible without you ❤️
