Therapy Rooms to Rent in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

We have availability for therapists to rent space at Sandyford Wellness Centre - an established centre since 2009. We have weekdays and weekend availability.

Our centre provides comfortable, convenient space for talk therapists, coaches and other health professionals working with adults only.

All practitioners have access to an online room booking sheet for easy checking and appointment scheduling.

Practitioners can book a minimum of 4 hours per week in a block, and we also feature all practitioners on our website directory.

Two rooms have therapy beds for body work.

Our centre has availability on weekends for bodywork practitioners who teach others in eg Reiki, acupuncture etc. We can accommodate 4 beds in total, one per room at weekends, and one room is big enough to have 6-8 people seated for theory learning.

Practitioners must provide copies of their highest qualification and their current public liability/professional indemnity insurance.

Please note we cannot offer space to practitioners working with children, or working with clients who have limited mobility as the building is not accessible-friendly.

Sandyford Wellness Centre is an established therapy and counselling centre in Sandyford Office Park, directly across from the Luas Green Line 'Sandyford' stop in the busy Sandyford Business District.

With many multinational and Irish companies surrounding our offices, there is a large cachement of both professionals and residents in the surrounding Sandyford, Stillorgan and Dundrum areas.

We offer long term rental to practitioners who work with adults and older teens only (15+), we cannot facilitate practitioners working with children.

Our monthly rental is suitable for practitioners who want a minimum of 4 - 10+ hours per week. Reasonable rates, which include a practitioner listing on our website and any appropriate referrals we receive through general enquiries via our website.

THERAPY ROOMS TO RENT, SANDYFORD, SOUTH DUBLIN

As September approaches, Therapists and Nutritional Therapists who have taken time off over the summer (or indeed since Covid started!) may be thinking about getting back to in-person client work.

Sandyford Wellness Centre is an established Therapy Centre in a busy and easily accessible area. The centre is in Sandyford Office Park, directly across the road from the Luas Sandyford Stop in the heart of Sandyford Business Estate.

Sandyford Wellness Centre is known and referred to by GP's in the surrounding area. The centre welcomes qualified professionals in private practice and would particularly welcome practitioners with an interest or experience in disordered eating, addiction, nutritional therapy and/or working with teens.

We have two rooms suitable for individual/couples work including hypnotherapy (reclining chairs/footstools), and a larger attic room which can accommodate small groups of up to 6. This room can also take a plinth, but is not suitable for restricted mobility due to stairs.

Rent is on a minimum 4 hour block basis, invoiced monthly in advance.
