How to get stronger (thereby increasing muscle tone, energy, and confidence), much much faster..
During Padraics training we noticed when he held big breaths for his squats.. They were MUCH stronger..
We could see there was a huge dependency on this air pressure as a crutch for a lack of core strength..
With a chain it doesnt matter how strong the other links are it will break when the weakest one goes..
By targeting the weakest one in a focused and specific manner we get FAR progress in a few weeks.
Enter breathing squats..
The 2 breaths at the bottom and the pause and coming up without holding any air.. Forces the core to really have to work hard..
There's no hiding here for the weak link..
And as a result of targeting the weak link we get much stronger much faster..
