World Restart a Heart Day 2025
Date: 16th October
Annbrook Safety Training, Meath Coast CFR Group, Tesco in Bettystown & The City North Hotel have all come together to deliver various CPR & AED Awareness Training sessions on this date.
Location 1: The City North Hotel from 10.30am to 1pm
Location 2: Tesco in Bettystown from 12 noon to 6pm
Please come along & see the demonstrations & take part to learn some REAL life-saving skills on the day.
Some of the volunteers from the will be in attendance to guide you & show you the basics of CPR & AED use. It could save a life.
The demonstrations will be done by volunteers who answer 999 Emergency Calls, day & night, 365 days of the year. They do this to support families who need Emergency Medical Attention. They deal with scenarios such as Cardiac Arrest, Heart Attack, Choking Incidents & Stroke patients.
The group support & assist the work of the National Ambulance Service & is 100% voluntary. They are the ONLY group in this area of East Meath who are recognised by the National Ambulance Service to answer these calls.
I, myself, will be there too, at both events, so why not come up & say hello.
The funds raised on the day will go directly to the & will help maintain & service the Public Accessible Defibrillators in our local areas.

P.S. We also deliver demonstrations in your housing estates or businesses. In return, we ask you to take an Orange Return Bin to fill with bottles & cans to help support our volunteers. We will deliver a bin, collect when full & replace the bag. Interested??? Get in touch anytime with me.
