A Christmas message from my heart to yours ✨

Christmas is a time to slow down, reflect, and appreciate what truly matters our loved ones, our health, and the moments that warm our hearts. As this special season arrives, I want to take a moment to thank you for being part of this journey with me.

I hope your Christmas is filled with peace, kindness, and meaningful moments, whether spent with family, friends, or simply taking time for yourself. May this season remind us to be gentle with ourselves and with one another.

Basic Roast Chicken 🍋🌿
Minimal effort, maximum flavour. A classic that never fails.

Ingredients:
Whole chicken, olive oil, onions, lemon, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, black pepper.

Method:
Heat oven to 180°C fan.
Place onions in a tray and sit the chicken on top.
Stuff with lemon and rosemary.
Drizzle with olive oil, season well and add garlic.
Roast for 60–70 mins until golden.
Rest 10 mins, then carve.

Simple. Juicy. Delicious 🤍

Vegetable Tray Roast

A simple, cosy and nutritious dish – perfect as a side or light main.

Ingredients:
Swede (parboiled), Brussels sprouts (parboiled), red onions, garlic, fennel, carrots, courgette, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried herbs, dried cranberries, chilli (optional).

Method:
Heat oven to 180°C fan.
Chop veg, place on a tray, drizzle with olive oil and season.
Add garlic and cranberries.
Roast for 40–50 mins, turning once, until golden.

Easy. Wholesome. Delicious

Orsmond Clinics is a private specialist service in Ireland offering a professional approach to the treatment of overweight and obesity. We are one of the few clinics that also offer weight loss programmes for children, those with medical conditions and for the improvement of diabetes.

The word diet refers to our overall food choices – the food we choose to eat on a daily basis. In recent years “diet” has become associated with a conscious “food selection” followed in order to lose weight. Weight loss is only beneficial if it is sustained as part of a healthy eating plan. Fad diets will not help you as they are not sustainable. The only way to succeed is to learn more about the benefits of a healthy diet and experience these in person.
