Choosing the right milk for your tea or coffee makes a difference ☕️

Unsweetened almond milk has only 14 calories per 100ml and zero carbs — perfect if you’re watching your weight.
Low-fat milk tastes great, but it comes with around 50 calories and almost 5g of carbs.

As for oat milk… same calories, almost double the carbs and barista versions are even higher.

So if your goal is balance and lightness, unsweetened almond milk wins. 🥛

Hearty Beef with Smart Noodles
Serves 2

Ingredients:
• 240g 5% fat beef mince
• 1 leek, chopped (~90g)
• 1 celery stick, chopped (~40g)
• 2 courgettes, chopped (~250g)
• ½ green pepper, chopped (~60g)
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 beef or chicken stock cube

The word diet refers to our overall food choices – the food we choose to eat on a daily basis. In recent years “diet” has become associated with a conscious “food selection” followed in order to lose weight. Weight loss is only beneficial if it is sustained as part of a healthy eating plan.
