I will be co-hosting a seasonal Imbolg practice with in The Sanctuary, Dublin 7 on Saturday 31st January 10am- 12.30pm.

Riana is a licensed Anusara-Inspired™️ Yoga and Mindfulness teacher who has been teaching yoga for over two decades. I love collaborating with her.

You can expect an morning of:
- Breath awareness & Pranayama
- Easeful move & breathe sequences
- Energising Anusara™ Hatha yoga practice
- Alignment principles for strength, stability, ease
- Somatics, Meditation & Relaxation

The Sanctuary also has a lovely outdoor meditation space that is available for everyone who attends. The center is based in Stoneybatter so there are great places to have lunch afterwards. Nice excuse for a trip to Dublin! I really hope some of you can make it on that day.

Happy New Year everyone!

I was delighted to illustrate and design New Year’s card this year. It features a Shree Yantra in the centre of a luminous tree.

Last year I loved taking part in Bridget’s Ground and Grow mentorship. Her knowledge, wisdom and love of yoga is phenomenal. I really connect with Bridget’s style of teaching- it is full of warmth, enthusiasm and human connection.

I’m proud to step into this new year more confident and at home in myself and my teaching abilities. I can’t wait to impart some of my new learnings with my own students.

Move into the new year with more intention and clarity. New courses resume tonight With the first class focuses on attuning to your own inner compass.

New Yoga Term - Starting Monday 5th January

As the new year begins, I invite you to drop expectations, and simply make time for you. No pressure or resolutions. Each class offers you a space to tune in and meet yourself where you are.

We will move with awareness, nourishing both mind and body with a mix of breathwork, movement and candlelit relaxation.

Anusara yoga is wonderful alignment based practice that helps build flexibility, strength and freedom in your body. This heart centered practice can also be a lot of fun!

The most wonderful weekend celebrating our last mentorship weekend .london Myself and Harriet taught classes for the locals for our final assessments. We got so much support and encouragement from each other over the last year, I will miss meeting everyone each month and all the endless yoga discussions.

I’ve learned so much this year under Bridget’s guidance, I am truly inspired and invigorated. Each of us has grown hugely as teachers and I can’t wait to share this deeper knowledge with my own students now.
