Whole Health Design offers services in 3 core areas to improve your health; fitness, nutrition and recovery through massage. Fitness and exercise coaching:
One to one personal training
Semi private personal training - pairs
Semi private groups - up to 6 people
Fitness/exercise classes at WellFit gym, Skerries. Starting in January to include a Functional Fitness Class and a Circuits based class.
'Start to Run' beginners running group starting January 2017. Starting in January 2017, Tuesday evening at Seasons, Skerries:
Set goals, monitor weekly progress with weight and body measurements, work as part of a team and support each other in making the small changes, that have a big impact on your health and life. This is not a fad diet course, or a quick fix, but instead provides you with the tools you need to make the changes that last. Private 8 week Nutrition and Weight Management Course:
One to one held at Whole Health Design. A thorough initial consultation with a health assessment, setting goals and implementing manageable changes. Weekly meetings to discuss diet and activity levels, and an educational, sensible approach to weight loss and weight management. Recovery through massage, whether a sports person looking for a tailored sports massage, or simply a relaxing deep tissue massage. The benefits are huge, from working away aches and pains, muscle tightness an imbalances, to boosting the body's immune system, increasing circulation, reducing fluid retention and de-stressing the mind. Whatever massage you want or need, Whole Health Design can accommodate you. Sophie has a range of experience and expertise in all of the service areas and will work on a personal level to ensure you reach your targets. She is approachable, friendly, professional and confident in her work practices.

Less than one week to go for to compete in Dublin Hyrox Women’s Pro solo. Good luck to all my clients and friends who have been smashing their training and are now ready to give it their best! And .ie for their super platform enabling me to coach clients, tailoring plans to their needs and supporting them through the training process. We need to be eating enough ladies! Some helpful backed up info here supporting the truth behind effective and sustainable ways to improve body composition. And there it is again, strength training is key. Not just for weight management but for longevity, strong bones, higher energy and to keep diseases at bay.
