Over the past few years, I’ve come to accept that sleep isn’t something we can force… it’s something the body allows when it feels safe, settled, and supported.
This day retreat is designed around that idea.
We begin outdoors with a guided walk in nature, giving the nervous system space to settle through movement and environment.
From there, we move indoors to explore how your own system approaches rest, through an accessible session on Sleep Personality Styles.
The evening continues with time to pause, share a meal, gently move, and finish with a deeply restful, sleep-focused yoga practice.
This isn’t about fixing sleep overnight.
It’s about understanding your system, slowing things down, and creating the conditions where rest can return naturally.
If you’ve been feeling wired but tired, out of rhythm, or simply in need of a reset, you’re very welcome.
