Incredibly powerful documentary on 'Superagers' aired tonight on RTE. Well worth a watch; catchup on https://www.rte.ie/player/

It examined the positive aspects of ageing by observing older people whose physical and mental health ability could be considered exceptional for any age. Got to love Mimi; in our opinion the star of the show at the tender young age of 98 - Go Mimi.

Big point to take away is the importance of staying connected.
Old age is part of the journey of life, but its not a disease.
