This month’s Mother & Birth Wisdom Circle is all about acknowledging the weight we carry in motherhood, the part we don’t always voice.

And sometimes, that weight feels lighter when we don’t carry it alone.

In honour of this, I’m offering a special Circle Sisters Duo Ticket = 2 spaces for €50 (Save €10 total when you book).

Whether it’s your sister, best friend, your own mother or another mother or pregnant women in your life, this is an invitation to sit side by side and experience the circle together.

♡ Topic : The Weight We Carry – Motherhood in the Shadows
♡ Saturday, 21st February at 2:30pm - 4:30pm
♡ Stillpoint, Sligo

To book the Circle Sisters offer, simply send me a DM to arrange as spaces for this offer will be limited.

Tag a woman you’d love to sit beside in circle and share with your community 🤍

Because the motherhood path was never meant to be walked alone.

Much love,
Jenni 💕

Three reasons why the Stillpoint Pregnancy Yoga Sanctuary is more than just a yoga class...

(1) Take home "Invitations to Deepen"

Each week, at the end of class I offer the pregnant mothers an “Invitation to deepen” your connection to yourself and your baby. This includes a breathing exercise to practise throughout the week as well as a question to reflect on.

This is not "mandatory" homework, but an "invitation" which you can choose to accept. How deep you take it is up to you. You might like to write about the prompt in a journal or think about it on a walk or simply hold the question in your heart and see what pops into your awareness throughout the week.

This practice is there to help you:
• Come home to your body
• Deepen your bond with your baby
• Centre yourself in your own pregnancy and birth journey
• Help mentally, emotionally and physically prepare for birth

(2) Optional Sharing each week

At the start of each class we not only share name, how far along you are and how you're feeling but you also have the option of sharing what came up for you as you reflected on the questions/ tooic. This is an invitation only of course and it is not mandatory to share if you don’t want to.

These little shares each week slowly over time, help each woman to get to know one another on a much deeper and more intimate level. This helps not only build connections and spark friendships but also to help feel a sense of camaraderie and not feel so alone on your journey.

(3) Ongoing Community Space & Resources

Support continues beyond the mat through our Pregnancy Yoga Sanctuary WhatsApp group. Resources on the topic and birth-preparation are shared & you are free to ask questions & share your own experiences or resources with our intimate group.

If you’re pregnant and craving a nurturing, supportive space to slow down, tune in and prepare for birth alongside other women walking a similar path, you are so welcome to join us. 🥰

We meet Tuesday evening at 6:15pm and you are welcome to join us anytime as long as there are spaces available.

Sharing a poem that came through after a shamanic journey to connect to the spirit of Brigid and the gift that is awakening in me now.

Feel the beat of the drum.... read the words and notice what stirs within you...

Deep in the belly
She stirs
Awakens in the womb
And steps forward.

Blood, dripping all around
Painted all over her body
Primal and prowling
Through the tunnels of darkness.

Directionless and wandering
Knowing this too shall pass
Trust in Brigid
She will guide us forward.

Gently, slowly
Feel her warmth
Feel her fire
Drawing women together.

In circle we shall sit
Together in experience
Remembering once again
Knowing the path of the woman.

For those not familiar with the Celtic Wheel and the season of Imbolc that we are in right now (in northern hemisphere), Imbolc means "in the belly" the stirrings of life deep within the soil, not yet spring but small shifts and signs that change is on the horizon.

I'm feeling this deeply, a slow unfurl from the depths of winters dreaming.

Feeling so grateful for the communities here in Sligo, to be able to sit with and feel into the celtic wheel and how mother nature is reflecting back to me what is going on in my inner worlds.

Much love
Jenni 💖

Are you curious about what actually happens in a Mother & Birth Wisdom Circle?

It's a space for mothers at all stages to pause, breathe, reflect and be held in community. 💕

We explore all things birth and motherhood through guided meditations, internal reflection, simple ritual and optional sharing. ✨️

And we always make space for general chats and connection over tea and a full spread of sweet & savoury snacks afterwards. ☕️🧁

Swipe to read the beautiful kind words from other Mothers & pregnant women who’ve joined our circle before.

February’s circle is on Saturday 21st!

If you're feeling called to join us then don't delay, save your spot by clicking the link below! 😉

Every woman on her mothering journey meets challenges and hard days, yet we so rarely have the time or space to truly acknowledge them.

This month’s circle offers a space for what we don’t often voice: the weight of motherhood.
It’s not about fixing, it’s about being human and acknowledging what’s real. A space where “I love my children… and it’s still hard” can co-exist without guilt.

Through meditation and journaling, we’ll gently reflect on what feels heavy right now, with the option to share from the heart in a supportive space.

Sharing is always optional, yet when we give language to what has been sitting in the shadows, something softens and we often feel lighter & less alone.

Come and join us;
♡ Saturday, 21st February
♡ 2:30–4:30pm (arrival from 2:15pm)

If this calls to you then I'd love you to join us, booking link is below and please feel to reach out if you have any questions at all.

P.S. If you’re wondering why the topic is the same as last month, we didn’t end up gathering for January’s circle. The theme resonated with so many women that it felt right to bring it forward for February.

🌹 How can we see our Feminine Sensitivity as Strength in Birth and Motherhood? 🌹 This was the theme of Tuesday's Pregnancy Yoga Sanctuary class.

There were two influences for this theme;

1) Full Moon in Cancer 🌕

A sign of water and emotional depth as well as the mothering archetype, cancer invites us to soften into our emotional intuition and see it as a strength and not a weakness.

2) Nollaig na mBan 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽

Our class also happened to fall on Nollaig na mBan (or 'Women's Christmas') which is an Irish tradition where women take a well deserved 'break' after the Christmas period to connect with other women in their life and celebrate together.

In honour of these themes, I also made some cookies 🍪 for the ladies and gifted them each a rose 🌹 to help them feel nourished. The rose is also a beautiful symbol of the divine feminine.

While I don't always bring roses and cookies to our Pregnancy yoga sanctuary class .... you will always find a theme of the week that invites you to deepen your connection to yourself and your baby. ❤️

It is a space for weekly self inquiry, witnessing others sharing their pregnancy journeys and being curious about what arrises when you take the time to listen. ✨️

There are spaces available if you'd like to join us, check out the link below for more information or send me a message.

Winter invites us to slow down… when the world keeps asking us to speed up. ✨

As mothers, we’re conditioned to push through exhaustion and to keep giving, even when we’re running on empty.

Nature doesn’t bloom all year round, she takes time to rest… and so must we.

On Saturday 20th December, we will gather in circle to reclaim the pause.

To choose rest, not as an escape, but as a radical act of remembering who we are beneath the busyness.

We will drop into; Yoga Nidra meditation, journaling and optional sharing all to support deep restoration.

If your body has been whispering “slow down”… then this invitation is for you. 😉

And feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

Much love,
Jenni 💕
