A wise woman once said to me, put the words 'Right Now' at the end of a thought or a belief that feels heavy or negative.

If it's something you belive about yourself or life or if it relates to fears or worries you have, once you put 'right now' at the end of the thought or belief, the sting of permanence disappears or at least it lessens.

Saying this reminds you that whatever you believe to be true, exists only in the present moment. Nothing is definite and change is the only thing we are guaranteed, and there are endless possibilities for a hopeful or positive outcome.

I've been using it forever and it's like a little bit of magic.

It's a little while since I've posted here but I'm excited to be working from a very cozy space in Ballisodare, if you're interested in booking an appointment for Rahanni, Reiki or Breathwork get in touch. Appointments are at a reduced price until the 26th of April.

For years I've loved Louise Hays work, she was incredibly passionate about healing from the pain and hurt you experience in life and taking care of yourself through compassion, and living from joy.

A huge part of her own healing and work was rooted in seeing everything in your life that you're grateful for and seeing all the ways you are supported and taken care of in life, and living from that place of gratitude and appreciation.

Every now and again I take out one of her books, and I picked up 'Daily Affirmations' today. Today being the 100 day of 2024 it says,

"I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing".

Sometimes we need a little reminder that maybe we're exactly where we need to be.

Lá Fhéile Bríde 🌱

Spring has finally arrived and it got off to a lovely start, teaching my first breathwork class of 2024. I was so happy to share the class with some wonderful people and hear that there is interest in a weekly class.

So I'm thinking I might have a weekly class in Enniscrone instead of a monthly class, I'd love to know if there is interest from anyone here who might be from the surrounding area 🌿
