✨️ Join us .ie for our March Conscious Dance Special with 🫶

This extended Conscious Dance in Kindred gives you the opportunity to journey in a deeper way through the dance.

✨️ We open these events with a short ritual to focus intent and bring awareness to the body. The dance often follows a wave form where the energy can build and settle over the 2 hour period. There is often a time of rest and meditation as we complete.

Whether you move a little or a lot you'll get to connect with your own rhythm within a community of movers.
Éadaoin will provide guidance for you to access the dance experience and to help you harness the wisdom from it, both on and off the dancefloor.

Begin your yoga journey with confidence in this supportive 6 week foundations course, led by Katie B.

Designed for beginners, returning students, or those wanting to strengthen their understanding of yoga basics in their personal practice, this course offers a gentle yet informative introduction to yoga as a therapeutic practice.

Each class offers a gentle, flowing sequence, combining Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow.
We will break down postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moving transitions, allowing time to explore personal alignment and build body awareness.

You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with clear instruction and accessible modifications so you can feel confident and comfortable on the mat.

Each practice ends with relaxation and Savasana, allowing time to rest, and integrate.

Leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

When: Thursdays
Time: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Course Dates: 26th Feb - 2nd April

Learn how to adapt and teach yoga practices that support graceful & powerful aging.
Practices that improve the quality of life and build mental and physical strength for older and and not so old adults.

As our population (US!) are living longer, we can choose to be proactive about living stronger. This course will teach you how to help students do just that.

Using the practices of yoga to specifically address physical and mental health issues associated with aging you can offer your students simple practices that can easily be incorportated into daily life to create positive change and both physical and mental longevity.

✨️ To sum it up, this course focuses on creating safe, challenging, effective, empowering and transformative yoga sessions for all stages of life.

* This course is accredited with Yoga Alliance, Yoga Alliance Professionals and Anusara School of Hatha Yoga, and is applicable as a 12 hours cpd for those registered with any of the three above.

When: 26th & 27th September 2026
Time: 9.30am - 5.30pm daily
Location: Kindred Studios, Strandhill. Sligo.

We are now taking applications for scholarships to our 30hr Pranayama + Yogic Anatomy - more than breathwork YTT
with in the stunning .ie in Strandhill, Sligo.

This training is all the things about Yoga that you
should have learned on your 200hr, but didn't!

And it's in the most beautiful space overlooking
the ocean.

5 Week Course
26th February - 26th March

This pilates class will be led by our experienced physiotherapist and pilates instructor Aisling.

This class will have a strong focus on the techniques of Pilates in order for participants to safely continue the exercises at home and progress from each class to the next.
The aim is for each person to increase their flexibility and core stability while simultaneously enhancing overall body awareness through mindful movement. You will learn the importance of alignment and proper form while tuning into your breath.

As past attendees of our Physio Led Pilates, whether one course or many - this class will be an all levels practice.
Whether you’re looking for a challenge, returning after a break or recovering from injury, movement will be adapted to your individual needs.

** Please note our February course is only suitable for those who have previously completed a course with Aisling.
