Enjoy therapeutic practices curated especially to calm the nervous system, soothe the mind, and bring you to a space of deep rest in mind, body, and spirit.
A beautiful practice of gentle movement and Restorative Yoga to nourish the mind and body. Props, blankets and cushions will support you as you explore the beauty of longer holds, in this floor based practice.
Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle practice which initiates deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit, and allows the body to heal. It enables us to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself fully.
Immerse yourself in the deeply nourishing and therapeutic benefits of rest, indulging your senses with soulful sounds and heavenly scents as we soothe the nervous system and sink into blissful relaxation.
* Suitable for all levels, no experience needed.
