🌻Annual Leave Notice 🌻

I wanted to give you a little heads-up that I’ll be taking some extended time off, this week is my final week before I finish up, with very limited availability. I’m incredibly grateful to share that there is only one slot available this week for Reflexology or Hopi Ear Candling at 10am Friday 7th.

During my time away, I will still be available online for the following:
🌻 1:1 Baby Reflexology sessions
🌻Distant Reiki Healing
🌻Baby & Mammy Reflexology Courses (held on Zoom the first Wednesday of every month)

For my fertility and reproflexology clients, if you wish to discuss blood results or hormone panels for supplementation, I’ll be available for Zoom calls at a time that suits you best.

✨ Any inquiries or receipt requests will be responded to before November 8th.
✨ For anything else, feel free to leave a message or voicemail, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Is Reflexology included in your private health insurance plan?

If so and you are a client with BK Reflexology, you may be able to claim money back on your reflexology sessions.

I am registered with the NRRI, which means BK Reflexology is recognised by all major health insurance companies in Ireland for Reflexology treatments, so it is definitely worth checking your policy or giving your provider a wee ring to confirm.

👶 Due to the demand and feedback from our in person Baby Reflexology Workshops, you can now learn reflexology techniques to help support your baby’s development from the comfort of your own home.

This 4-week course is a wonderful opportunity for parents to connect with their wee ones while learning reflexology techniques designed to support your babies comfort and well-being.

From easing digestive issues and soothing colic discomfort to enhancing bonding, you’ll learn gentle, natural techniques that support your baby’s development.

Not only will you discover amazing benefits, you’ll also connect with a community of mothers sharing similar experiences.

👣 Includes step by step tuition and pdf handout for you to use at home.

📲 Throughout the four weeks of the workshop, you’re always welcome to reach out to me at any time with questions, reflections or anything you’d like support with.

🗓️ Starting the first Wednesday of each month at 10am until the last Wednesday of the month.
