How my typical winter weekday looks. For health reasons and welfare of my husband and children i work part time because iv alot of self care to do, alot of work to do for my sons health and alot of family commitments as im still looking after my mum who is in her last few years with dementia in care now.

Its looks easy but it has taken me a decade to figure out how to manage staying working in my businesses and having a minimally stressful and less chaotic family home, where everyones mental, physical and emotional needs are met aswell as my own. As i tell all my mum clients, you are partially sick because you havent put your needs first for decades. As mums we must put ourselves first because if we fall down the whole house falls down with us. As a health coach for women and men and alot of parents with sick kids all sick with gut and mental health issues i try to lead by example. Because learning how to get all the things in is so difficult. So many new habits. But by implementing them myself i can share with you how to do it all. Sugar is rarely the problem in digestive issues as its quickly absorbed in the upper intestine. (Its usually lack of digestive juices, too much fibre, gluten, dairy, toxins, histamine, mycotoxins). But always good to find replacements for table sugar as we all want a bit of sweetness in life! Just dont give this to your dig. Xylitol is poisonous for our furry friends
