Nominating Juan, his manager, Sandra (pictured with Juan below) said:
“Juan has shown great resilience within the Team, balancing the team lead role with providing person centered care, promoting the dignity and rights of all the residents that use the service. He collaborates with all members of the team, families and all the other services that we are contact with. He has shown great flexibility within the service and always puts the needs of the individual's in our care first.”
