We are so lucky to have such a wonderful resource locally. Forest bathing is simply taking in the beautiful surroundings through all of our senses and has a calming effect on our nervous system not just while we are doing it but afterwards too.

Visitor numbers to Coillte’s local forests triple during Covid lockdown.
