I had an fantastic few days of refresher training at House of Meaning, Hilversum on Kinesiology with Quantum Alignment Technique. We learned lots of new skills in class and refined our techniques with Instructor Lawrence Woods from Arizona who developed this amazing way of working with the body. The venue a former Church is a beautiful and energising building. It was so lovely for me to receive QAT treatments from my colleagues in The Netherlands.

My name is Patricia Kearns and I help busy people who are struggling with chronic pain, stress and exhaustion. When we work together over a number of sessions my clients find they donβt have to rely on painkillers, they enjoy extra energy and sleep better at night. This means they can get back to enjoying hobbies and sports and live life to the full again.
Using Systematic Kinesiology I work in a gentle non-invasive way on problems such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, joint pain, stress and anxiety. Also uncomfortable bloating and tummy cramps as the result of food intolerance. I use muscle testing to find out from the body where any problems lie and how to treat them.
Training
I first became interested in Kinesiology about three years ago when I was looking for a lasting solution to chronic lower back pain. I had suffered with pain and stiffness on and off for well over twenty years. I tried many different therapies which gave me temporary relief but I needed regular treatments to keep the pain at bay.
I enrolled on a Foundation Course in Systematic Kinesiology mainly to manage my own back pain. What I discovered very quickly was that not only did kinesiology help with physical problems but also with anxiety and stress. I discovered how to remain calm under pressure and also that a particular food I ate every day was causing my tummy bloating and skin rashes.
I felt so much better in just three months that I continued my studies to Certificate and Diploma Level and qualified as a Systematic Kinesiologist in January 2018.
Treatments
I now see clients many of whom like myself have had chronic pain for many years. My goal is always to treat the root cause rather than the symptoms. I also give people tips and advice that they can use at home to maintain optimal health on an ongoing basis.
Systematic Kinesiology works extremely well at finding imbalances in the body in the very early stages and preventing them from developing into acute painful condidtions. A regular Systematic Kinesiology treatment is a simple, natural and cost effective way of staying healthy.
