Lets talk about hands...

We have been washing our hands and using alcohol hand sanitisers more frequently over the last few weeks. This increase has resulted in some people experiencing dry, red, itchy, scaly hands with small cuts which are painful.

The New You Clinic’s Top Tips on is to wash your hands with soap and water when you are indoors. When you are out within your 5KM doing shopping etc, use a hand sanitiser. Apply hand cream throughout the day.

In the evening, apply a generous amount of moisturiser or Vaseline onto your hands and put a cotton sock or glove on top. Leave to soak in for about 30 minutes or you can sleep with it on. This hand mask will hydrate those hands.

Currently, I use Clinisept+ for hand washing which has been proven to kill Coronavirus within 15 seconds. Clinisept+ is also good for helping to treat dermatitis. In fact, I spray everything and anything with it...💜
