𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽:

Since returning from holidays it’s just been head down, working hard and training hard.

I’m happy with my training this week:

✅ 3 x gym sessions.
✅ 1 x Football.
✅ 1 x 16km run.

𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲:

I can’t even keep up with all the client wins at the moment…..

⭐️ Sharon has been with us for 7 weeks and has 12lbs gone already. This is all the more impressive given she had two bouts of sickness and a break away in Amsterdam (The sickness & Amsterdam were unrelated! 🤪)

⭐️ Hugh has also got 12lbs down and he has done it around sciatica. The key lesson from this & Sharon is the importance of nutrition for results.

⭐️ Karen has now lost 36lbs (over 2.5 stone) and has also learned how to do a reverse dieting phase. The is THE most important part of a weight loss journey as it’s the one one that allows you to KEEP the result. It’s also the part 99% have no awareness or knowledge of.

⭐️ Yvonne is only a few weeks in and has half stone gone. Around hormonal issues and a busy career and family life. She wasn’t sure she could lose weight at all when she joined.

It was never meant to go like this.

Growing up in a rural part of Sligo I was a quiet kid who never imagined it was possible for people like us to achieve much, or have an impact.

Stay in your lane.

Get a job.

Struggle by.

But I wanted more. For myself, and for others.

I didn’t know it at the time but getting my body in shape would become the vehicle to all of it.

It gave me confidence. It gave me resilience. And it gave me belief that I can do most things I put my mind to.

In two weeks time I’ll be 40. Keeping my body in shape is not the same as it used to be….

What worked in my 20s doesn’t work anymore.

Sure my body has changed. But so have my circumstances. A demanding business, a baby, a great partner. Time is tight, and very precious.

So I’ve had to develop new systems. New ways of training, and eating, to fit that lifestyle.

And sharing that system with people who are in similar circumstances to me is something I feel called to do, and I’m privileged to do.

The child version of me could never have imagined where I’d be today…in fitness, business and life.

I’ve worked so hard to master the secrets to balancing all, and being able to succeed on all fronts. And because I worked hard to figure it out, you don’t have to. I’ll show you the exact blueprint I use.

Laura is one of the clients people still tell me inspired their own change.

Back when Laura first joined us she was feeling a bit lost.

She had been battling weight for a while and she was genuinely training hard, but not getting the results she wanted.

Reflection is a great tool if we use it properly.

It can drive you forward if you take lessons from the past.

You can look back and ask “What could I have done better?”

“How much did I make of that time I had?”

“What am I grateful for?”

I’m two weeks out from my 40th birthday and this is my current shape.

I didn’t do anything extra for this holiday because I was crazy busy with work and a new baby.

So, this is not the result of a holiday shread. This is my “walking around” condition.

I use to get frustrated because I saw so many coaches tell inspiring stories of how much weight they have lost and how it inspired them to help others. I often felt like I had no story to tell because I’ve never been overweight.

But I’ve had a realisation. I’ve never been overweight because I’ve managed to keep myself in shape for decades. With discipline, knowledge and habits that created a healthy lifestyle. And that’s something to be proud of.

As the years went by I’ve had to tweak and adapt how I do things. None more so than in the last few years where I’ve experienced huge business growth, become a dad and have a lot of demands on me and my time.

Right now I feel so aligned with people who are running a business, or driven in their career. You are my people. I know what it’s like to feel like there are so many demands on you. And I totally get how your fitness goals may have slipped to the bottom of the pile.

Through personal experience I’ve figured out a system that works for this phase of life.

And, more than anything, I want to help you.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽:

➡️ We got back from Playa Blanca on Wednesday after 10 days of pure bliss.

Both Sarka and I were just saying yesterday how we feel like new people. After a very difficult pregnancy and then adapting to being new parents, we were pretty burned out. But feeling very refreshed now.

➡️ Kai has grown so much in the last few weeks. What’s even cooler is how responsive he has got. He has so many smiles now.

➡️ The house is still flying along. The floors are in now. There’s such a different feel to it. It raises the ground more than I had imagined. It was great to come home from holidays and see it all done.

𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲:
