Step into The Breath Lab — a hands-on, science-backed workshop with yoga teacher and certified Oxygen Advantage® instructor Darren Roche.
This isn’t typical breathwork. You’ll learn how to breathe light, slow, and through your nose, engage your diaphragm, and build CO₂ tolerance — tools that support everything from asthma, sleep and anxiety to energy, focus, and physical performance.
