Our Mums & Babies Class will be held on Mondays | 11 am - 12pm from Jan 12th - Feb 2nd 👈
👶 Guided by Hilda & her gorgeous baby boy.
For our mamas, we offer a slow, gentle, flowing, baby-friendly yoga class in a guided and relaxed setting. A space to arrive just as you are, ease into yoga, and tend to your baby, feeding, changing, or enjoying cuddles whenever needed.
This class is perfectly suited to the absolute beginner, so please don’t worry if you’ve never practised yoga before. We’ll move slowly and steadily, with plenty of time to rest and reset.
🌿 What to expect:
• Calming breathwork to soothe a busy mama mind
• A gentle, beginner-friendly vinyasa flow
• Supportive strengthening of the abdominal and pelvic floor
• Opening poses to release tension in the body
• Fun, interactive poses to engage and bond with your baby
Hilda is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher and mama to her baby boy, offering a warm, nurturing, and understanding space for you and your little one.
