•I facilitated two weekends of (Integrated Energy Therapy ) in the Triskel Centre in .
•My own weekly QiGong classes in Barna and more coming in Inverin
•I see clients weekly for Kinesiology and IET and host my weekly Sunday evening Meditation via zoom

Hi everyone, the focus of tomorrow evenings gathering will be to celebrate Brigids day and we will welcome her and the energy of Spring, bringing new energies and vitality to us, to Ireland and to the world. I will also call on her to bring healing to the group, and strength and stability to all, to our land and to the world. If you are joining, I suggest you light a candle and write down your requests and intentions and place them beside your candle or just in front of your screen when we join in circle. I will ask Brighid to bless your seeds of intentions, as she has blessed the seeds of crops in Ireland always. Then as usual on our Sunday gatherings, I will invite the Angels to surround the group in radiant light, Divine love, healing and protection and guide you into relaxation and stillness as you open up to receive💚
