A busy few weeks 🌊
•We had another amazing training with myself and Master Shaofan Zhu in . He will be back in October.
•I facilitated two weekends of (Integrated Energy Therapy ) in the Triskel Centre in .
•My own weekly QiGong classes in Barna and more coming in Inverin
•I see clients weekly for Kinesiology and IET and host my weekly Sunday evening Meditation via zoom
