💫I will guide you in the slow, mindful, stretching movement , EMEI Shen Zhan Gong and repeat some movements in the afternoon.
💫You will gain basic information on the energy meridians ( pathways) in your body and how this practice releases stresses in the body and allows you open up to your Qi( energy) nourishing and healing you on all levels
💫You will feel more peaceful and calm as you spend time in a guided seated meditation.
