At the moment, up to 25 mourners can attend a funeral. You can also travel outside of your 5km zone for a funeral, and to visit a grave, as long as you follow public health advice.

We understand the increased stress and anxiety associated with the passing of a loved one but especially with the restrictions imposed by our government durning the current COVID-19 crisis and as part of our commitment to the communitys across Dublin we are actively engaged with. We have now reduced our prices significantly in an effort to ease the Burden being endured by many Families due to this Pandemic as well as this any funeral entrusted to us between Monday October 12th and December 1st will receive a complementary Medium 3'5" Coffin spray of mixed flowers of your choice to the Value of €150-230 with our existing packages.

Hearse & Bearers removal from Place of death into our care. Supplying of a polished Veneer Oak Coffin along with our professional charges, preparation Dressing and presentation. Hearse and Bearers return to Funeral Home/Venue of choice. 1 Day Removal and funeral will be €2850.
Example 2
Hearse & Bearers removal from place of death into our care. Supplying of a Polished Solid Oak Coffin & our professional charges. Preparation dressing and presentation. Hearse and Bearers return to Funeral Home/Venue of choice will be €3350.
Example 3
Environmentally Friendly Options Including Irish Willow,Golden Wicker, Water Hyacynth,Pandanus,Banana Leaf, Cardboard also available (Preparation and Dressing with Treatment)*** at €2750.
Additional Charges.
€350 1x Limousine Removal Funeral.
€350 Hearse Removal/Funeral .
€550 2 day Service Evening removal to church or Venue.
€250 Hearse & Bearers 3rd Removal.
(PLEASE NOTE) That 3rd party charges do apply to those listed examples these fees are paid out on your behalf to the Church, Cemetery, Musicians, Organist & Soloist, Doctors, Mortuary attendant, Flowers, Gravediggers, Radio, Papers and a fixed Cremation fee is €670 with (gratuities at your decreation) and as such we kindly ask that disbursements to be paid be out by us are recieved at the time of making arrangements with us.
We understand that a funeral often presents unexpected costs as well as the additional Emotional stress and strain a potential Fiancial Burden presents to a Family especially with the current climate of today's COVID-19 pandemic. As a direct response to this Jamie Boshell Funeral Directors now offer a lower cost service option on the condition that it is carried out on a weekday at a time of our choosing (usually early afternoon).
This option includes.
****A Polished Veneer flat lid Coffin with a light/dark shade or Eco Options. Preparation and Dressing in own Clothing, selection of Shrouds Habbits organisation or service uniform etc.
Hearse and Bearers removal from the place of death into our Care. A second removal return to residence or place of reposal. layout of your loved one. with a third removal directly to the service Venue then onto cemetery or crematorium.****
***The price for this funeral service is €1850.
(PLEASE NOTE)*** This option does not include extra charges existing with 3rd Parties.***
All third party fees, such as those for flowers, transportation for your family. Cemetery,
& Crematorium fees, as well as gratuities and documentation fees will be added to our above service charge of €1850
all details of charges associated with such parties will be Individually priced as well as drafted in a Estimation of the Total Costs.
**We kindly request disbursements those of which are the fees paid out by us on your behalf upon making arrangements with us.**
Post Funeral we will send out an official Invoice within 14 days by post and a copy can also be sent via email at your request.
We request that
Full payment terms are met within 30 days. However we understand due to many sudden arising circumstances that this is not always feasibly possible and as such pending circumstances we ask you to keep us informed.
A service conducted by us with a low cost does not mean a lower quality of service and care provided by our family. With our combined experience we ensure throughally that meticulous attention is afforded to every detail no matter how small or big it may present to us. We often find that as a experienced provider it is the smaller things that matter the most and understand this to be essentially imperitive as we have only one chance to make things right for you and your family. We believe each and every person is unique and their funeral should be a true reflection of this.
