What are Orthotics???

They are shoe inserts that reposition the angle at which your foot hits the ground.
Not everyone needs orthotics and I ONLY prescribe if and when they are necessary..usually for pain.

For example, foot pain...plantar fascitis ...shin splints...knee pain..outside of hip pain ...some back pains...

Hearth breaking loss for our Minors this evening in Dunganny in the Division 3 Final losing by a point that was scored deep into injury time at the end of extra time.

Summerhill trailed by 8 at half time but a massive effort in the 2nd half saw them force the game into extra time. Summerhill led by 3 points early in the 2nd period of extra time but St Mary's Rathkenny rallied to hit 4 unanswered points to take the win.

Huge credit must go to our lads who gave it absolutely everything, they never gave in and fought to the bitter end. They can be very proud of themselves and are a credit to their families and the club.

Congratulations to St Mary's Rathkenny on the win.

***We are back in the County Final...***

Summerhill beat Donaghmore Ashbourne in a tight and tense contest in Pairc Tailteann on a scoreline of 0-10 to 0-8. Trailing by 2 at the break they fought back to earn a hard fought win.
Great to see Sean Dalton back on the pitch after a long injury layoff.
