We are delighted to introduce another of our speakers: Siobhan Gallagher.

Siobhan is a dedicated pelvic health physiotherapist with a passion for empowering women through educating them about their bodies. She specialises in helping women understand pelvic health and function. A fitness enthusiast, she loves introducing clients to resistance training, guiding them to build strength and confidence in their physical abilities.

As a mom, Siobhan understands the unique challenges women face and is committed to creating a supportive environment for her clients. After living in Canada for ten years, she brings a global perspective to her practice, blending her expertise with a genuine desire to inspire women to take charge of their health and wellness.

Siobhan enjoys using humour to talk about topics many find embarrassing and invites questions on all the personal and private question you always wanted to know but were never brave enough to ask!

We are delighted to have Siobhan speak again this year. Her passion, energy and knowledge was hugely popular with the audience and we can’t wait for her to speak again this year.

Empower Her Wellness 2026 is going to be a fantastic day for you to connect with friends over afternoon tea and a glass of prosecco whilst being inspired by our expert wellness speakers.

We are delighted to introduce one of our speakers: Padraig O'Hora.

Padraig is an ex-inter county footballer who is currently in the pursuit of the summit of Everest. He works as a youth justice practitioner and community officer for mayo mental health association.

He is also a well known for public speaking, social media and as a tv personality.
