According to Glasgow University only 150 minutes a week can have massive impact on immunity and reducing for example the danger of catching infectious diseases by 31%. 150 minutes a week means just a little over 20 minutes a day of activity.
Just walking, jogging, swimming, would be enough, no need to go to the gym.
