Exercise IS the greatest pill of all

Here is what The Copenhagen City Heart Study has to say, having followed 8,577 adults over 25 years.
They measured the gain in 📈 Life Expectancy for each sport, compared to sedentary individuals. While all exercise is helpful, those forms with built-in social bonding offer greater healthspan dividends.
