I recently heard someone talking about the Omen Days, so here is a link to where I originally read about it many years ago. Caitlin Mathews is a trusted source.
I am on Day 3 obviously but had some work to do at laptop today - having successfully ignored all of the Xmas thing and the energy harvesting that goes with it.
Today I am full of energy and positively glowing in anticipation of a wonderful 2026! We are already in the new solar year so Happy New Year all, and in advance of the usual calendar year thingy 🙂

How we Connected a Frequency Generator to a Chemb@ster

Coaxial cable with plug to fit FG(ours needed BNC plug)
3 Crocodile clips
Wire stripper
Earth wire - green and yelliw
Bell wire - white
1m Earth Rod with clamp- but you could use a smaller one

Infusing this precious Yarrow Oil with the golden rays of the sun this morning during my self anointing ritual ☀️
Yarrow is a native herb and one of the first herbs I worked with in my Druid training many, many years ago.
The Oils are allies that connect us with our soul’s purpose, helping us to step fully into our power. They come to us from regions all around the world bringing sacred frequencies and blessings from Light realms beyond our normal understanding.
Several of the Holy Oils we work with as Celtic Scent Priestesses are native to Ireland, rooted in the ancient wisdom of this land.
Each one is unique.
Yarrow opens the doors of perception, the inner eye, delivering messages from the Otherworld. She is also known as staunch wound or soldier’s woundwort for her ability to treat even the deepest wounds. The list of her attributes is extensive.

Introducing My Crotal! ❤️
Crotals date from the late Bronze Age, with the Dowris Hoard Co. Offaly, being the largest discovery and dating from around 900–500 BCE.
A total of 40 survive, some of which are displayed in the National Museum of Ireland and the rest are housed in the British Museum.
These distinctive pear shaped bells are hollow cast and contain a loose piece of stone or bronze inside.
Crotal is from the Latin crotalum, which means rattle. Some sources suggest the Gaelic word crotal (meaning husk or pod) was metaphorically used to describe these early bells because of their shape and function as a rattle. Others say they were fashioned on the testicles of bulls!
They are uniquely Irish as they are not recorded anywhere else in the world. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
I have a special fondness for this instrument as it was shown to me in a dream before I had any in depth knowledge of the power of sound healing. It was this dream that spurred my interest in sound, into my passionate quest for more knowledge on the subject, and my subsequent years of devoted study. Many, many years after that dream, I finally found someone to make a replica crotal for me. Willie Nolan of Kilmainham Art Foundry took up the commission and now I finally have my very own bronze crotal, a delight to my heart. She brings a profound energy, a deep, mystical connection with the ancient past and long forgotten rituals.
I look forward to our sacred adventures and to what she is showing me.
