Lately we’ve been receiving a high volume of messages on here, TikTok, Facebook, through emails and directly through our website.
Which is amazing, but as you can imagine, it’s hard to keep up with this as a small business. We don’t have a receptionist or admin team like some other studios (not yet anyway).
For this reason unfortunately, we can’t monitor or respond to last-minute cancellation messages anymore.
It’s even more impossible to respond during class times..
If you need to cancel, please do so via the instructions in one of our pinned posts or check your booking confirmation email.
We will try our best to move your booking if it’s within 24 hours of the starting time of your class.
Please note that we may not always be able to respond on the same day you message us.
