Meet Our New Rapid Responder, Gosia from our Cavan team! ✨
We are delighted to introduce Gosia, who has recently stepped into the role of Rapid Responder here at Connected Health. Many of you will already know her warm smile and incredible dedication!
Here's a little bit from Gosia about her journey so far:
"For more than six years, I've had the privilege of working with Connected Health, starting as a Healthcare Assistant and proudly progressing to the role of Rapid Responder. Throughout this time, I've developed a deep passion for supporting elderly individuals and ensuring they recieve the dignity, comfort and compassion they deserve.
My work has allowed me to build meaningful relationships, offer reassurance during vulnerable moments and make a real difference in people's daily lives. I'm naturally empathetic and patient and these qualities guide me in delivering high-quality, person centred care in every home I enter.
Transitioning into the Rapid Responder role has strengthened my skills, confidence and commitment to the organisation. I thrive in environments that call for quick thinking, calm decision making and genuine compassion. I'm proud to represent Connected Health and to support clients and colleagues whenever I'm needed.
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities I've had so far and excited for what the future holds. My goal is to continue growing professionally, contributing to the team, and making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for every day.
