Great to welcome Brian O’Connell to The Recovery Lab to experience our cryotherapy chamber firsthand.
 The feature aired on The David McCullagh Show on RTÉ Radio 1 this morning, where Brian chatted with Ned & Therese about how cryotherapy supports recovery, reduces inflammation, and helps athletes get back performing at their best.

He also spoke with Brian Gleeson and Conor Stakelum, who shared how cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and the anti-gravity R-Force treadmill supported their recovery — reducing load on injured areas, improving circulation, and helping them return to performance with confidence.
