If losing weight is still important to you and still something you need support with then please know me and group are here for you.
If you do want to come back, there won't be any judgement...it really doesn't matter why you left, what you've been doing or how long you've been away..you'll get a warm & friendly welcome from us all no matter what!😁😁😁

And if you think you've put weight back on...please don't worry...you won't be the only one! It happens and it's nothing to be embarrassed about! 👍
