📚We understand the importance of equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to care effectively for older adults. Caregivers learn all about Dovida’s quality systems and standards, which set us apart from other care providers.💞
🎓Before being placed with a client, new caregivers get 20 hours’ free, fully supported training including comprehensive Manual Handling and Patient Moving certification. Funded QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualifications available.💞
🤩We ensure that our caregivers have ongoing access to excellent content, from the basics such as infection control and medication management to specialised topics such as caring for a client living with dementia.💞
