Hi All,

I’m hoping to be fully qualified in Auricular (Ear )Acupuncture later this month, and I honestly couldn’t be more excited to share this amazing modality with you all .

It’s something I use all the time myself. Over the Christmas period I was struggling with joint pain, and after using ear acupuncture the difference in my pain levels was incredible

Like many of us , sickness hit our home too. My husband was dealing with a persistent and annoying cough, and being able to work with him with ear acupuncture to give him relief was really great it stopped him having to go to the doctors.

Over the course of 40 case studies, I’ve seen first-hand just how powerful this modality can be. I’m so grateful for the learning, the results, and the confidence it’s given me.

I’m really looking forward to sharing ear acupuncture with both my new and existing clients very soon.

Supporting Vertigo with Ear Acupuncture

I’ve treated three people recently who were really struggling with vertigo that horrible dizzy feeling that can take over your whole day.

I used a specific protocol for vertigo and each person noticed that there was a big improvement.

Vertigo can be so unsettling, but you don’t have to just put up with it.

Has this ever happened to you?

Where you truly wanted to do something but your head is saying one thing but your heart is saying another.

Last Christmas, I was convinced I wanted to do a course. My heart was completely set on it. But then, after I delved deeper into the details, something shifted. Suddenly my energy felt completely off. I was confused, unsettled, and looking for answers outside of myself. I felt completely unsettled.

What I didn’t realise at the time was that I was trying to go against my heart, which was saying now is not the right time but I kept listening to my head instead.

I reached out to my own energy healer to do some work with me and during that session it became clear that I was going against my heart and that’s why I felt so off but once I accepted that it wasn’t the right time and I decided not to go ahead, it was like a weight had been lifted off me.

I had put so much pressure on myself to make it fit because my head wanted it so badly. I was gutted. I couldn’t understand why I felt so thrown, frustrated, and unsettled. It wasn’t easy to walk away from something I thought I really wanted but looking back now, I can see that listening to my heart was the right choice.

The hardest part is trusting yourself when the answer isn’t what you want to hear.
