A thought from a session yesterday that I wanted to share…

When something stressful happens, it can put the body into shock. Often, we downplay how it really feels. Sometimes we’re not even consciously aware of it but let me tell you, your body knows.

When you lie on that treatment bed, your body tells the story. It shows just how deeply that experience affected you.

As humans, we’ve learned patterns of suppressing our feelings because, in the moment, it feels easier than facing them or you might not have had the freedom to truly express them.

But the truth is your body still holds it.

So please, be kind to yourself when you go through something stressful. Take a moment to listen to what you’re really feeling. Your body is always communicating with you we just need to relearn how to feel and understand it.

Are you a woman in the midst of perimenopause/menopause and struggling with the effects it’s having on your body?

The changes and the emotions can feel overwhelming
and sometimes it can feel like your body is no longer familiar to you.

But what if this stage of life could also be the start of something wonderful?

What if it is an invitation to slow down to listen more deeply to your body and to reconnect with yourself in a way you may not have done for in years or even ever.

Maybe for so long you have been caring for everyone else family, work, responsibilities often putting yourself last.

What if you began to heal and started to recognise:

• What you truly need
• What really matters to you
• What feels aligned for your life

How amazing would that be and the positive affects would flow into all aspects of your life 😇

I want to share a little about the type of healer I am.

When I first began this work, I was not only on a healing journey of my own but I was also figuring out what type of healer I was.

In the beginning, I used a lot of tools. They supported me for a while and then they stopped working. It felt like I was only allowed to lean on them temporarily. Something or someone had other plans.

I realised I wasn’t meant to rely on tools.I was being guided to rely on myself.

Over time, I learned to lean into my intuition. To feel into my clients’ energy and trust. And what I discovered was far more powerful than anything I had used before.

I heal by feeling, not by performing.
I listen to what your energy is ready to share on that day.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

By working this way I feel grounded, secure and clear in what the client's energy is telling me.

I don’t lead with pressure.
I don’t push for breakthroughs.
I allow the client to lead the way.

After five years of working with energy, I now understand this isn’t something I constructed it’s who I am naturally that's why working this way feels very natural and true.

Hi All,

I’m hoping to be fully qualified in Auricular (Ear )Acupuncture later this month, and I honestly couldn’t be more excited to share this amazing modality with you all .

It’s something I use all the time myself. Over the Christmas period I was struggling with joint pain, and after using ear acupuncture the difference in my pain levels was incredible

Like many of us , sickness hit our home too. My husband was dealing with a persistent and annoying cough, and being able to work with him with ear acupuncture to give him relief was really great it stopped him having to go to the doctors.

Over the course of 40 case studies, I’ve seen first-hand just how powerful this modality can be. I’m so grateful for the learning, the results, and the confidence it’s given me.

I’m really looking forward to sharing ear acupuncture with both my new and existing clients very soon.

I am forever grateful to each of you for stepping into my healing space, allowing me to hold space for you, and for sharing your stories. You have been some of my greatest teachers yes, the courses helped too 🤣 but it’s your openness and journeys that have shaped the sessions I have now created.

I’ve treated three people recently who were really struggling with vertigo that horrible dizzy feeling that can take over your whole day.

I used a specific protocol for vertigo and each person noticed that there was a big improvement.

Vertigo can be so unsettling, but you don’t have to just put up with it.
