With kids back to school and people back to work, tomorrow feels like the real start of the new year and Iโm already hearing whispers about the โJanuary Rush.โ ๐คซ
There can be so much pressure to join a gym or lose weight in Januaryโฆ.but resolutions donโt always have to be about the scales.
Going to the gym isnโt only about weight loss, and health & fitness isnโt just a January thing.
This year, Iโm challenging all my clients to set goals that go beyond the scales.
Weโre going to focus on lifestyle goals as well as fitness goals. ๐ฏ
Sometimes that looks like:
