We completely switched off over Christmas.

But one thing I made sure I wouldn't do is feel sorry for myself. This week I've been back on track training wise still being flexible with my food, I'm actually going to have a drink and watch a movie after I post this. ๐ฅ
It's important to relax and enjoy Christmas time and other occasions but don't feel sorry for yourself afterwards, get back on track and start smashing those goals again ๐ช
Over this weekend I'll be laying out plans for the new year getting everyone aswell as ourselves back on track 100% ready for next Monday ๐
