You may have heard chiropractors talk about subluxation…but, what does that actually mean? 🤔
Simply put, a subluxation is a misalignment or restriction in the spine that interferes with the nervous system, throwing the body out of balance. When the nervous system isn’t functioning at 100%, neither is the rest of you.
This interference can show up as pain, tension and discomfort and can also contribute to dysfunction in any system of the body - respiratory, digestive, immune, endocrine, reproductive…even mental and emotional regulation.
By identifying and addressing these areas of interference, we help people (kids and adults alike!) feel better and have better health.
