9 months and 2 weeks to the day after John underwent surgery to repair his ruptured achilles tendon, he ran a Half Marathon👏🏻

He didn’t just run it though, he absolutely smashed it. Coming in at 1hr 35mins, averaging at a 4:30min/km pace🏃🏻‍♂️💨

John has been working alongside Sara for the entirety of his rehab journey. He has put in immense work over the last few months. We’re sure we’ll see him back flying it on the GAA field next season👏🏻👏🏻
