So, the first walk will take place in Killarney on the entrance opposite the cathedral on April the 26th at 10.00. This is a space to meet like minded men with no pressure, no stress and just to have a bit of fun. This is the first of many walks that I plan on organising throughout the county. The duration of the walk is about an hour but this may vary. Anything shared or spoken about is all confidential. I'm a graduate psychotherapist so if anyone has any questions around the subject or around mental health, that it provides a safe space to ask. But the conversation doesn't have to be around mental health, it can be about everything and anything.

Even if it can change or help one man at least that it's a step in the right direction.

Unfortunately, I couldn't add a reminder to my previous post so I had to make a new one.

So, this year I will be taking a different approach in the MOYA festival. In the morning, I will be offering a free workshop in St. Joseph's Secondary School in Ballybunion on Monday the 4th of May. As I offer so much, I have left it open to suggestions and any needs that you would like to work with. I will then tailor the workshop to incorporate a lot of different services to include bodywork exercises, breathwork and meditations. Again, if you have any questions or would like to know more about what I do, feel free to ask.

Don't forget to bring your own blankets, mats, water, pillows, eye masks, etc. or anything else you may find you may need as these won't be provided.

In the afternoon, I will be offering one to one sessions at a reduced rate. Places are limited so booking is essential!
