One of the things I like most about the gym lately is how normal sessions like this have become.

A few people in training before the evening gets busy.
Everyone working through their own programme.
A bit of coaching, a bit of chat between sets, and people just getting their work done.

No big production.
Just good training and good people.

It’s exactly the type of environment we always hoped Evolution would become.

Like many of our members, Elaine didn’t grow up lifting weights or training in gyms. But today she’s building strength, improving her balance, and proving that getting stronger is something anyone can do.
