This is our 55+ Ladies Training Group — and they show up every week with energy, focus, and plenty of laughs in between sets.

We also run:
👟 A 65+ ladies group
💪 A 60+ men’s strength group
🕕 And a mixed evening group for those who prefer after work

Whether you’re brand new to training or coming back after years, these sessions are fully coached and built around what you need — strength, balance, confidence, and community.
