3 Biggest Mistakes Women Make in the Gym ❌

1️⃣ Lifting too light for too long
Many women stay in their comfort zone with weights. If the last few reps aren’t challenging, your body has no reason to change.

2️⃣ Avoiding lower body strength work
Glutes, hamstrings and quads are the powerhouses. Hack squats, hip thrusts, RDLs – these build strength, shape and protect your knees, hips and back.

3️⃣ Training hard… but fuelling poorly
You can’t build muscle or tone up without enough protein and calories. Under-eating leads to low energy, poor recovery and no visible progress.
