A huge huge well done to Catherine who has been working extremely hard over the last number of months with us.
Catherine has lost an incredible 32.4lbs since joining! An incredible show of determination and resilience.
Losing weight as we all know has its challenges. Life can get in the way a lot with work, kids, social events etc. etc.
Just getting the basics right & being consistent with them is always the first step.
We are very proud of Catherine who started with our 28 day challenge and put her trust in us. Slowly building better habits one step at a time to now an incredible transformation πͺπββοΈ

A great time to build and cement good habits.
Start small with the easiest achieveable task that will move you towards your goal.
For e.g a 20 min walk a lunchtime, or simply eating 3 good meals a day.
Small good habits snowball to big ones.

10kg/22lbs Lost π₯
An amazing transformation from Nadine since joining. Nadine has done incredible. From the beginning Nadine got stuck in, really doing her best with our nutrition plan & training in our group training program.
Balancing the life of Mom & work we aimed for 3 x 45 minute workouts per week and a Nutrition plan that allowed her to cook for the whole family while staying on track.
With great work ethic and determination Nadine has lost an incredible 10kg/22lbs and is much stronger & fitter.
A huge well done Nadine from all of us in the gym.

A huge, huge congratulations to Deirdre who has been working extremely hard over the past year to get in amazing shape for her wedding.
We are so so happy for Deirdre to see her hard work paying off for her big day.
She lost an amazing 10% of body fat for her wedding day. Great for Deirdre but, not for her dressmaker who had to make last minute alterations to her dress π

Our 2nd runner up in our 10 week challenge: Sinead
Sinead has had a huge transformation over the last few months.
With a total weight loss of 34.1lbs/15kg!
With incredible consistency, even keeping on track with her Nutrition over the Christmas period she has been extremely determined!
Sinead didn't leave a persistent injury hold her back. She stayed consistent, modified any exercises as needed and continued to give it her all in the gym!
