ConnectWell

ConnectWell Kerry Peer Support Network is a non-profit Mental Health Support and Recovery Education organisation.

ConnectWell is a peer-led mental health organisation supporting recovery and wellbeing. We provide free, community-based, recovery-focused peer support groups across Cork & Kerry that offer safe, welcoming spaces where people with lived experience can connect, share, and support one another. We also deliver WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) programmes throughout Ireland, helping individuals take charge of their own mental health and wellbeing through structured, evidence-based tools. Our work is rooted in hope, connection, and lived experience. We believe that recovery is real — and we’re here to walk that journey together.

💚 A Christmas Thank You from ConnectWell 💚

As we approach the Christmas period, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible Facilitators who generously volunteer their time to co-facilitate at our Peer Support Groups.
Your generosity, compassion, and the gift of your time throughout the year make a real difference in people’s lives. We are so grateful for everything you give

We’d also like to thank everyone who attends our groups. Your openness, courage, and willingness to show up for yourselves and each other are what make our peer support community so special.

Our Peer Support Groups will be closed over the Christmas period to allow our volunteers a well-earned break, with groups returning in the New Year (see poster for closure and return dates).

While our groups are paused, please remember that you are not alone and support is still available over Christmas:

📞 Samaritans – 116 123 (24/7)
📱 50808 – Text HELLO to 50808 for free, 24/7 text support
📞 Pieta – 1800 247 247 or text HELP to 51444

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out ❤️

From all of us at ConnectWell, we wish you a peaceful, gentle Christmas and we look forward to reconnecting with you in the New Year.
