Final Call – WRAP® Seminar I Starts This Monday!

We’re almost there! Our WRAP® Seminar I begins in just a few days:

📍 Rahoonane Community Centre, Tralee

WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a powerful, practical way to build your own personalised wellness and recovery plan. This WRAP® workshop is open to anyone interested in improving and maintaining their own well-being, supporting others in your work, or explore future Facilitator training — this seminar is for you.

For those waiting for WRAP® Facilitator Training, this will be the only delivery of WRAP® Seminar I before the upcoming Seminar II Facilitator Training in June 2026.

This safeTALK Training will take place in Ballincollig Family Resource Centre on Tuesday 3rd March.
Time: 6.00 - 9.30pm Cost: FREE
