Hi everyone! I'm glad to announce that YogaJam is BACK!
I'm so exited to welcome all of you to my new classes in KDYS Youth Centre on Denny St. Tralee.
I've been teaching for YogaJam brand since 2018 and last year I had a pleasure to teach for an amazing Ebb&Flow Ireland.
I love a challenge, I aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving you added strength and flexibility you never knew you had!
Yoga for strengths, mobility and flexibility is a faster pace Vinyasa style class that provides your whole body with great workout, added mobility exercises to keep your joints happy and blissful relaxation at the end of the class.
Some Yoga experience required.
Every Monday 7 pm - 8 pm.
